1.Application Process

• We facilitate the submission of UAE visit visa applications on behalf of our customers.
• All visa applications are subject to review and approval by the UAE Immigration authorities.

2.Approval & Rejection

• The approval of a visa is at the sole discretion of the UAE Immigration authorities. We do not have control over the decision-making process.
• In case of visa rejection, the immigration department does not always provide specific reasons. Some common reasons may include incomplete documentation, security concerns, previous overstays, or other internal assessments.

3.Refund Policy for Rejected Visa

• Visa fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted, irrespective of the outcome.
• Customers are advised to ensure they meet all requirements before applying.

4.Reapplication & Assistance

• If your visa application is rejected, you may reapply after addressing the possible reasons for rejection.
• Our team can assist in reviewing your documents before reapplication, but approval is not guaranteed.

5.Additional Requirements at the Time of Travel

• UAE Immigration authorities may request additional documents at the time of travel, even after visa approval.
• Travelers may be required to present documents such as hotel reservations, return flight tickets, proof of sufficient funds, or a guarantee amount upon arrival.
• It is the responsibility of the traveler to check the latest entry requirements and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements before departure.

6. Important Notes

• Providing false information or submitting forged documents will result in an immediate rejection with possible legal consequences.
• The duration of the visa processing varies and cannot be expedited beyond the standard processing time set by immigration.

7.Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and other potential losses.

8.Passports and Visas

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and necessary visas. We provide visa assistance but cannot guarantee visa approvals.

9.Health Requirements

• Clients must meet the health requirements of their destinations and obtain necessary vaccinations.

10.Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
